Your Speech Factory is a funky start-up based in Malmö which helps companies improve their employee’s communication skills. Together with industry experts in public speaking, we have developed AI-based software to make it fun and easy to prepare and train for a business presentation. And now is the right time to let the world know that our spaceship is about to take off the ground! Although we are a start-up, we always aim to think big and bring the world together - we cooperate with partners from Silicon Valley and South Africa and our team gathers professionals of different backgrounds and nationalities. At Your Speech Factory, you will be taking an active part at:​​​

• Help solve complex design problems in simple and intuitive ways, blending together brand personality, visuals, motion, and sound to create delightful experiences for our users.

• Producing design visualizations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces.

• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.​

 

Preferred Skills

We believe in diversity and you would be a great fit for our position if you have:

• Experience as a design creative, experience designer, visual designer, interaction designer, UI Design, or equivalent

• Strong sense for design research phase, prototyping, wireframing.

• Strong affinity for the design thinking process. You bring experience in user-centered design, UI design, and innovating

• High proficiency in Figma
